Can I order from another country or a state?

Of course! We have handled many orders from overseas and interstate customers to help them deliver a beautiful cake to their loved ones. Some of the countries include UK, Canada, EU, UAE, Qatar, US and many more. If you would like further assistance or would like to add extra delivery instructions, please include the details in the Order Notes section on the checkout page.

What allergy/dietary requirements do you cater?

No, we do not cater to any dietary requirements.

How early do I need to place the order?

We request at least 48hr notice to take on the pre-orders, but please place your orders through ‘Urgent Orders’ Category for same day/next day delivery. We will do our best to find a solution, but this depends on the demand each week.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Please proceed to checkout page to check if your address is within our delivery zone. The delivery charges are in accordance to the distance from our location. Delivery charges can be paid at the time of placing order or directly to the rider at the time of delivery.
Please Note: The delivery service is not owned by us. It is a third-party service on which our control is limited. At the time of dispatch, the rider’s details will be shared with you. You should coordinate with them directly.
Deliveries are pre-booked so please make sure to enter the correct date, time and address at the time of placing the order. It cannot be changed at the last minute.
Changing of venues will not be entertained once the order is placed.

Can the cake be delivered the day before the event?

Yes you definitely can. As long as the cake is refrigerated overnight until the event next day, it will stay perfectly fine.

Which days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday - Sunday every week.

Can I make a request to change any detail of my order e.g. date, colour, design, address?

No, unfortunately, we do not entertain any changes once the order is placed.

Can I cancel (for refund) or postpone my order?

No, unfortunately once the order has been placed, we neither refund nor postpone the order.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our Pickup Location.

Can I have the cake delivered at a specific time within the delivery window?

We can't guarantee a specific time on orders as there are other deliveries that need to be made as well.
