Each design comes with at least two variations in sizes and all the sizes are dessert servings (2x size of a coffee serving).
We are currently offering up to 10 flavours for all our designs. Please note that the gluten free collection may have less than 10 flavours due to ingredient restrictions.

PAY ONLINE
If you have decided to buy a cake online, we have enabled various payment methods to ease the process. An order confirmation email will sent to your email inbox once the payment have been successfully processed.
We offer Mastercard, Visa and Easypaisa, Jazz Cash at the moment.
If you have finalised a custom cake with us, we will send you an online invoice to your email where you can click and pay on the spot.
RECEIVE THE CAKE
We deliver Tuesday – Sunday between 10am and 4pm.
A text message will be send to the recipient in the morning of delivery to inform when one of our delivery team members will be reaching them.
Delivery handoff options are available to be selected on the checkout page.

There is a variety of cake flavours already available for selection in our online store. If you are looking to purchasing a customised design with a custom flavour, please message us ahead of time to find out if that is possible. Please keep in mind that not all flavours are suitable in a cake form and we may not accept it if we feel that it doesn’t meet our standards.

We believe that EVERYONE should be able to enjoy our cakes! So, we cater our services to variety of dietary needs in both the online store and customized cakes.

You are able to customise your cakes with us by simply filling out one of our enquiry forms in any of the suitable pages for your event. After receiving your form, we will email you a quotation and proceed to assist you with any design ideas and guide you through our process.
Or try out our new “Build your cake” option where you can select the size, design, flavours, toppings etc and create your own cake.
Please keep in mind that we DO NOT take any fondant cake designs as of mid 2020. This decision was taken as we are a brand that is specialised in our buttercream designs and do not want to provide our customers with cakes that do not meet our standards.

With the current situation, we are aware of the need to ensure that our cakes are packaged in a way that is hygienic and gives you a peace of mind. Therefore, our cakes are completely sealed inside a box prior to delivery and handled with care until you receive the cake.
As we offer a variety of cakes from online purchase to custom cakes, we have different turnover times to ensure that we provide you with a cake that exceeds your expectations.
Mini collection & Party Collection: Require a minimum of 24hrs notice.
Sugar free collection: require a minimum 48hrs notice
Custom cakes: require a minimum 1 week notice for each design.
Please keep in mind that we always recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the date that you need it for, as that’s the best way to make sure we can serve you.

We are a delivery based service so unfortunately we don’t offer pick up from our facility.

- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date
- Credit note (valid for 12 months) if cancelled within 48 hours prior to delivery date
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours prior to delivery date.
Custom cakes:
- Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to delivery date
- 50% refund if cancelled 72hrs prior to delivery date
- No refund if cancelled within 72hrs prior to delivery date
Wedding/two-tier cakes:
- Full refund if cancelled 1 week prior to delivery date
- 50% refund if cancelled within 1 week prior to delivery date
- Credit note (valid for 12 months) if cancelled within 72 hours prior to delivery date
