Our goal is to make our services easier and more convenient for you! In order to ensure that our customers have the most comfort and convenience when ordering our cakes.
Dates & Times
We offer delivery Tuesday – Sunday every week between 10AM – 5PM across majority of Islamabad Places. Scroll down to the FAQ for more information.
On the day
We will send a text message on the day of the delivery to confirm an accurate delivery time for you. The text message will be sent to the recipient of the cake.
Packaging
We are putting extra effort into making sure our packaging is at the highest quality in both the looks and safety. Each cake is packaged carefully in a box and made sure not to be opened until delivered to the customer.
Note: Delivery to apartment buildings & hotels will be handed off at the entrance. Unfortunately our service doesn’t include drop off at apartment/room door.

Of course! We have handled many orders from overseas and interstate customers to help them deliver a beautiful cake to their loved ones. Some of the countries include UK, Canada, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar, US and many more.
We provide various payment options to ease the process including Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.
Each cake includes a FREE gift card where you can include a special message to your loved ones.

Unfortunately we are only offering delivery for all our cakes at the moment. Please note that our delivery range covers majority of metro Islamabad suburbs. Click here to have a look at our delivery zone.
We will try to contact you during the delivery (via phone call) to discuss if there is a safe place to leave the cake until you get home. If no one is available to answer the phone call, we will check to see if there is a safe place to leave the cake otherwise the cake will be taken back with our delivery team.

Unfortunately if the delivery date is not available to be selected on the checkout page, this means we have sold out for that particular day.
Alternatively you can have the cake delivered the day before and keep it refrigerated overnight until the event. Many previous customers have done so without an issue.
Yes you definitely can. As long as the cake is refrigerated overnight until the event next day, it will stay perfectly fine.
Good question. We will send a text message to the recipient on the morning of the delivery with an approximate time when one of our delivery team members will be reaching your address with the cake.
We deliver Tuesday – Sunday every week. Monday is closed for delivery.
This error is shown when the entered delivery address is outside our delivery zone. Please contact us via the live chat option (at the bottom of the page) to see if we can arrange a pick up option.

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific time of delivery as our delivery team needs to follow a specific route in order to deliver all the cakes with our delivery window.
The next best option is to have the cake delivered the day before and keep it refrigerated until the event the next day.
Exceptions can be made for wedding cakes as we have a separate delivery service for wedding cakes. Please get in touch with our team via live chat, email or phone to discuss.
Unfortunately we required minimum 24 hour of notice on majority of our cakes. If you would like next day delivery, the order needs to be placed before 1PM the previous day.
